Are You Overly Nice? Here Are All Your Struggles Summed Up Well

A tendency to say 'Yes' to everything?

"Nice guys finish last."
Being nice is always admired. Isn't it? Be it the loving and forgiving attitude towards others or the kind-heartedness. Well, I'd say being nice isn't all that easy! Don't believe me? Then let me tell you that nice people, in fact, overly nice people can make their own lives difficult. At times, such people give others the benefit of the doubt when they don’t deserve it. And often, they might feel trapped by their own 'niceness.'
If you are one, I bet you won’t deny any of these!

1. You can be taken as someone 'fake.'

Optimism is something people aren't used to. Hence, yours can be tagged as fake. But hey, you know how pure and positive you are!

2. 'No' is a difficult word for you.

You are a people-pleaser. Saying the word 'NO' is something very mean to you.
Tch-tch, I feel you. But darling, you ought to be mean at times.

3. You have trouble in letting out anger.

Anger for you is an omen. Even if you let your anger out, you later on feel guilty.

4. And hey, you forgive so easily.

Even if you are feeling hurt, betrayed or worst of everything, you'd forgive others. Why? Because, you are overly nice. You have always put others before considering your own self, your own peace and even happiness. But you need to realise that such people, who have hurt you enough literally deserve zero forgiveness from you.
You have had enough. It's time that you respect your peace of mind and not what might hurt others.
PS: Spend your niceness on deserving people.

5. Aren't you a secret keeper, someone everyone would complain to?

Well well well, another trait that is a blend of being overly nice and patient with everyone. Anyone can walk up to you and speak their heart out. No matter what! And you, of course will sit there and listen. Despite being uninterested or occupied.
Because that's what overly nice people do.
*Sigh*
Let the world take you seriously, and not for granted. Being nice is okay; but being overly nice... certainly not!
