Business Tricks
Disclaimer:- this blog is not meant to make fun of beggars/poor people
So today lets talk about dirty ticks used by peoples, not only peoples but poor children also use this
Some days before, i was just roaming around and a beggar approached me he would be around 7-8 years , instead of money he asked me for milk i was a bit confused but then i buy him a pack of milk and gave him .
for a while i was happy because i did a good deed but then i found out that he sold that to the nearby coffee shop .
then i talked with the owner , after what he told i was very sad...
THE TRICK WAS
the coffee shop owner has a deal with the kid. the price of milk that was 25 Inr but he got the milk free then he sold the milk to the coffee shop at a cost of 15
Now am talking about the shopkeepers who give us chocolates instead of returning the change
All of us know about this ugly business tactic as we all got used to it. don't know about the other countries but in India every shopkeeper does this.
when you go to a shop to buy drink, chips or your daily needs you see the price of the product, and if the product costs around like 17 rupee and you give him a note of 20 rupee, he would give you 3 rupee change but he won't give you he would have lots of change wit him but still he won't give instead he would give some chocolate
NOW
see carefully, A box of chocolate contains around 100 pieces and it costs 75 Rs as in a wholesale price. some times the price is 50 depending on the chocolate
in an average shop, Every single day the box is replaced and the shopkeeper earns about 25-50 Rs for doing nothing
I have seen few shops whee it is located in the busiest part of the city replaces the box every one hour. I have also seen the owners shouting at newly joined boys who gives change instead of chocolates . A strict rule is passed in the shop to give chocolate instead of change.
Imagine the money they earn. this is a ugly tactic used by all vendors across India. every hour they earn 50 Rs simply for doing nothing
we come across this every day and still we accept it . if you think it's a small amount NO, IT'S NOT
