The Weird World- Quantum World

Image
No matter how hard physicists probe, they still puzzle over this,  the universe's deepest secr et If you'e interested in the smallest things known to scientists, there's something you should know. they are extraordinary ill-behaved. but that's to be expected. their home is the quantum world. Although they might be found anywhere, the certainly of finding  one of these particles in any particular place is zero. Scientists can predict where they might be — yet they never know where they are. (That's different than, say, a baseball. If you leave it under your bed, you know it’s there and that it will stay there until you move it.)These subatomic bits of matter don’t follow the same rules as objects that we can see, feel or hold. These entities are ghostly and strange. Sometimes, they behave like clumps of matter. Think of them as subatomic baseballs. They also can spread out as waves, like ripples on a pond. “ The bottom line is, the quantum world just ...

The Guide to Space

We all have already leaned about our solar system, Meteoroids & Meteorites, Asteroids & Comets in our school. now we are learning about some more interesting things in the space   Quick revision           Our solar system is the one we know the most about. The Sun is at its center. Our solar system includes everything that orbits or goes around the Sun. Planets, moons, asteroids; comets and dust are all part of the solar system. Our solar system lies near the edge of the Milky Way galaxy. The Milky Way is shaped like a whirlpool. All the stars in the galaxy, including our Sun, orbit around the center of the Milky Way. With the discovery of Pluto in 1930, astronomers considered the Solar System to have nine planets. Pluto was classified as the ninth planet and it remained so for 75 years but in 2006, International Astronomical Union classified Pluto as a ‘dwarf planet’ due to its smaller mass. In view of this, our solar s...
